You’re booking deposit secures the date you require and is fully refundable within seven days of your event by bank transfer.
Your booking deposit is non-refundable however it may be transferred to another date subject to availability.
All drinks to be supplied by the bar may be consumed during the specific hire time. It is your responsibility to make sure this is adhered to, it is a breach of your licence condition and may lead to loss of your deposit - unless a prior arrangement has been discussed and agreed.
When making your booking you must forward all relevant event details if not sure at time of booking of numbers and bar hire times, one month before your event is sufficient for your license application.
Reception drinks to be paid in full no less than one month before your event or at a suitable time to yourselves within this timeframe.
Payment plan.
If you require a drinks package or bucket of beer package a payment plan can be arranged allowing you to pay over a period of time over 3 to 6 months of instalments. A bar tab can also be set up with this arrangement - more information is available on request.
