These packages are for a minimum of 50 guests to be paid in full one month before your event or sooner if you wish, they can be tailored to your own requirements. Prices shown are per person.

Payment Choices

Your Event Your Choice!

Enjoy your event your way, by choosing from the following payment options for the bar..

  • ‍This is when orders are paid for throughout your event by your guests

  • This is when an amount is provided £500 for example - your guests will drink with a running total kept, once this is reached, you can either extend or allow your guests to buy their own.

  • This is when you want an open bar until a  specific time - 9 pm for example once it gets to this time you will be told how much it is and if you want to increase the time this is something that can be discussed on the night/day.


  • This is when you issue your guest with a token/ tokens a raffle ticket or something personal to represent the event. A running total will be kept and once all tokens appear to have been used a total will be given to you.


  • This is where you keep the bar as a free bar throughout your event a total will be given at the end of the event.

Card payment or cash accepted or more payment options include:
Apple Pay, Google pay. Bank transfers are also accepted.

For corporate events an invoice will be raised and is payable within seven days.
For Charity or Fundraiser events a donation will be made to the specific organisation or cause.
